KWS Solutions started as 7 Lime Design, a digital design agency in 2011. At the same time, I was leading teams over the years across various industries from flooring, to distribution, to non-profit global work, to one of the largest apps in the world. Through this experience it became clear what it really takes to have lasting success: a brand that reflects great people and a strong culture.
